♥ cab nightmare!
Hohoho.... it's Christmas Season, and guess what? Instead of "customer is the king" it's now "cabby is the king"!!! It's so fustrating!!! Don't understand why the issue of "cab missing at night hrs" has not been solve despite it being brought up SOOOO many times!!!
CAbs are either missing or with the red colour sign on "hired, busy" etc... Arghh!!! I think it's getting worse now that it's nearing to X'mas, Damn worst! I spent almost 1 hr getting a cab!! What's even worst is the cab with the blue sign on & when u try to flag it down from some distance, the blue lights was switched off (meaning to says its not available)!! What is this man? So they really is the king, they make themselves not available, wait for people to call cab then get to earn that extra few bucks!
Alright and their attitude? pretty well Sux for some. Well, they are some who are really nice, as for those black sheep. I don't know what to say. We had been talking about Customer service, but seems like the words "customer service" apply more to retails shop and restaurants to taxi service.
