♥ Graduating!!!!

Oh yeah! Exam over, result's out! FINALLY, marks my 2 years of SUFFERING!!!!!

Was so relief that I passed and clear for this semester. I know I didn't really performed well in this exam for 2 papers, but still, am glad that I have pass and clear EVERYTHING! =)

So much, yet so lost on what to write.... Eh... only to say, rather Emo recently. Dont ask me why, I have no answer for it. If I have, I wun be who I am here...

Guess, its once again the decission making time on the path that lies ahead of me. And the journey for the past one year aren't that fantastic. Hence, I guess the great disappointment I am feeling. What could be worst when appreciation is not received after all the hard work? monetary and mentally, its not "there". So, its the "Emo cycle" of work again? Hope--> Disappointment --> Hatred --> Numbness

Wow! I guess I can write a book!! HAhaha... A textbook? Then one of the chapter will be "the emotional cycle of employee". Lolx... Maybe I should work on that and perhaps one day, you can see my name in lecture note "Xxx law of emotion on employee" when you study Human Resource.

Then the chapters in it should include:
- How to choose the right person for the right job
- steps to evalutate your employee
- tell-tale sign of a discourage employee
- how to retain the valuable ones
- how to identify the hardworking from the pretending
- knowing the strength of your staff and putting them in good use
- how to know if your staff is over-stretch
- when you should give your staff a pad on the shoulder
- solving a internal problem before it grows to something big
- how to manage your staff (on diff position)
- why employee leave!
- what actually does the hardworking staff wants!
- when to rewards n whom to rewards


OMG.. the chapters are LONG....... Oops. (am I de-stressing when typing those out?)
